• Today I witness the choices I make in each moment. And in the mere witnessing of these choices, I bring them to my conscious awareness.
• I know that the best way to prepare for any moment in the future is to be fully conscious in the present.
• Whenever I make a choice, I ask myself two questions: “What are the consequences of this choice?” and “Will this choice bring fulfillment and happiness to me and to those who are affected by this choice?”
• I then ask my heart for guidance and am guided by its message of comfort or discomfort.
• If the choice feels comfortable, I forge ahead with enthusiasm. If the choice feels uncomfortable, I pause and see the consequences of my action with my inner vision.
• This guidance enables me to make spontaneously correct choices for myself and all those around me.

I fell in love with this book and I wanted to make sure I fully retained everything I learned, so I decided to teach these laws to you in my own way. These laws are the mechanics through which the invisible becomes visible in our universe. I give you examples of these laws working in my life and also how you can apply the laws in your life so that you can continue on your path with an understanding that “We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
