The world today has become a scary place to live. Things are not as simple as they used to be. The things we took for granted, are in fact a cause for concern now. Problem associated with consuming needless chemicals is a huge cause of worry. The quality of food has gone down .We have to be careful as to what we buy and consume on a daily basis. At this stage, we need to understand that intake of harmful chemicals which are used to grow fruits and vegetables these days, are going to have an impact on our health at some point down the line. It is only a matter of time.
Do you all consume organic food/ when we use the term ‘ORGANIC’, we mean the purest form. All the edible things that you buy may or may not be organic.
Let us look at some of the health benefits of organic food listed below:
1. Aging: Organic food if eaten can help in preventing the aging process.
2. Immunity: Organic food is definitely good for your health and it also boosts your immune system. Your energy levels are always high.
3. Heart health: Organic food keeps your heart healthy and by the end reduces the risk of you getting a heart attack.
4. Prevents cancer: Did you know organic food can help in preventing you from getting cancer? Yes, it is true! A study revealed that people who consumed organic food were at a lower risk of getting cancer.
5. Anti oxidants: Organic food contains more antioxidants than non-organic food.
The effects of genetically modified vegetables and fruits are still not known to humans as it is still too early. But in testing theses on animals it does show reduced immunity, increase in birth mortality, cancer and various other health hazards. Even after they are washed, the fruits and vegetables still contain a lot of chemicals that should be a cause of worry for everyone. These are all mass manufactured harvests, in which the taste, vitamins and nutrients levels have been compromised due to excessive use of chemicals.
So, under the circumstances it is imperative that we shift to a better way of life and resort to organically produced foods. These foods are produced without the use of harmful fertilizers and chemicals. They are pure. There are unbelievable health benefits of eating organic food.
Food grown organically tastes better. And have more nutrients and vitamins than the ones grown with the use of chemicals.
One can be very sure of the product as there are many stringent levels of quality control that the products have to go through to be labeled as organic.
In an organically grown product there is no contamination of external, harmful chemicals, hence the various vitamins, minerals have a positive affect on the body .It increases the nutritional value of the product.
These foods are most often sold locally. Hence what you pick up is fresh. You can be sure that it has not been frozen and transported for long distances.
Organically grown food is better for our environment and absolutely great for us.

I think humans originally only cooked their meat if they found frozen carcasses or stored meat in winter, since animals usually don't eat anything that's frozen, and if your entire environment is negative zero eating frozen food would cool down your body too much – you would waste energy…
Anyway, usually eat raw but a few times a week I experiment a bit and have found something you will want to try.
I thought about what the earliest humans would have eaten who were mostly scavengers in the savanna – eating carcasses that lied in the hot sun and sand,
I let a big chunk with bone air out a bit until it had a little dry crust on the outside then heating it in the oven for half a day or a day (NOTHING ABOVE 60C – I found around 50 works well so the inside doesn't go above 43C in order for nothing to denature) It lost no moisture at all because of the dried crust, stayed red/dark pink, actually increased the rawish flavour and felt like it sat even better in the stomach, also – the bone marrow became orgasmic. I really recommend this.

Actually the idea is that we evolved by introducing raw meat/fat, mainly from corpses in the beginning, like bone marrow.

I tried, is it beef sirloin in english(?) raw and it tasted kinda offensive, like i just couldn't swallow it. I did cook it for some time so it was about medium rare and then i could eat it. Should i try some other part? I've also tried liver and didn't like it.

Been watching you a while now, very informative, & I'm doing the raw eggs & steak when possible. It's not cheap going to the butcher (because I wouldn't trust eating raw meat or anything from a super market). But I must admit it's a pretty bland diet. I miss the taste of a cheeseburger or a good cheese steak… Do you flavor your meat with anything?

How would I go about eating raw meat if I can only buy cuts of meat that may contain bad bacteria etc.? and I also don’t know how to hunt. I’m asking seriously, because I’m not closed minded to the idea
