You should delete this video. It's absolutely the worst diet advice. "Low carb" + "intermittent fasting" is the way to go.

I have had hypertension & having drug treatments from the time When i was 26 years old. This may be a great diet, but I don't agree with the reduced salt, Of course regular salt is bad for you as it has the iodine removed. Iodine is plentiful along with over 90 other trace minerals in Pink Sea salt. If anybody cares to do the research, Iodine is needed for proper thyroid operation. The minimum daily requirement for sodium is 1500 mg which is less than 1 tsp. At least 13 million Americans suffer from a thyroid problem because Doctors say to give up the salt. So do a little research and see if I'm right.
