I have experimented with lots of weight-loss programs already but not one of them gave me the final results just like I acquired because of this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) method. Also I am not consuming much as I was in the past, I still don’t truly feel jittery or feel a crash Ever since utilizing the solutions stipulated in this particular plan, I lost 15 lbs by now. .

I do that with the nuts too some times in the morning when I'm really lazy. I always felt a bit guilty about it. ( You can't just eat nuts for breakfast!)? But I guess I did the right thing!☺

Lately I'm having nitrate free Turkey bacon, with almonds and sweet chili sauce in the morning, very satisfying and doesn't make dizzy like oatmeal does (my breakfast used to be oats wit almonds and fruit,), I could have leftovers, or whatever. Don't have cash to buy the good Olive oil, so I tend to throw my vegetables in tuber soups with bit of coconut oil and curry spices,, I think it's easy to sauteed onions, garlic, vegetables, near an leafy greens with chicken seasoning so I do that too, I'm thinking diverting some quinoa in my yam soups too. In college I snack on chips.. I know. I generally try to only get cassava or plantain chips because they are fried in better oils (palm/safflower vs others that gave cotton seed/soybean/corn oil), I used to eat a li of subway wraps, but hey always make me feel terrible, so I'm dropping that.sometimes.I have brown rice and beans, but I'm avoiding it lately because it's not filling, I have to eat a lot of that to feel satisfied, I like nuts with fruit, if I had access to good quality cheese, I totally buy it and fry it in coconut oil, or I'd have it with an Apple. Um trying o eat mostly paleo lately because I'm trying to loose weight and have blood sugar issues and got tired of feeling weak on my grain based way if eating, but I cheat and I don't sweat it, I could buy some pizza dough and top it with onions, red sauce, broccoli, chicken, bacon peppers, whatever! I'd just try to keep the ingredients as wholesome, and calorie dense as possible.

what about Nature's Path cereals? Out of all the others i find their small ingredient list, no gmos and organic products and no preservatives a bit more pleaseing… any thoughts?

You're right about the commercial chocolates. I find Lindt dark chocolate to be addictive cuz of all the sugar. It's so yummy. But real chocolate can be just as satisfying once I let my taste palate get use to it.

For breakfast I have coffee with honey and almond milk, and then silver hills flax seed toast with Adams peanut butter and a banana. Another option is oatmeal with honey, walnuts, and chia seeds! Always fills me up for at least 3 hours! ?

I do not know whether it is correct to say Corrina is God's gift to pantyhose, or pantyhose is God's gift to Corinna, but those three nouns really belong together in some order (God is pantyhose' s gift to Corinna?…).

Hello, I had a question about processed foods. My mother tells me that when I put chickpeas in my vitamix to make hummus it's becoming a processed food, and in a similar respect, making a vegetable stock for soup is processing it as well. How do you feel about food that is processed in your own home in comparison to the food in a grocery store? Are they still something to be avoided?

I've been on a very restricted diet and I found out every time when I take a cheat meal, it turns into a cheat week. And I do hide when I'm eating a lot. Recently I just heard of binge eating disorder. Am I suffering from that?

I alway eat too much nut. Is baked nuts sold in supermarket healthy if it did not add any sodium or sugar? Is it okay to snack on too much nut?

This was enjoyable but lol. How do you not mention fresh organic fruit for breakfast ? I have a smoothie almost every day… coconut water, Bananas, pineapple, wild blueberries, strawberries, fresh ground flax seed, hemp protein and coconut sugar all organic aprox 32 oz. I drink it slow…. usually takes 30 minutes or more its 100% organic no spike in blood sugar or crash..

What i dont get it is that…there's plenty of guys in prison geting swolle! On bs food.and no supplements? Ive been locked up and believe me is shit food.but never the less guys are still pretty jacked! Oblivious not as big as a bodybuilder but remember this is naturally..so theres your theory on high protien.imo

I love Milos Sarcev but OMG this is absolutely horrible!! Anyone thinking this is real information and informative….it is…for what exactly not to do. No one in their right might mind should ever consume 400g protein unless you weigh in excess of 450lbs or are on steroids and even then its worrisome. This is typical "bro-science" and old school meathead bullshit. This will overtax most people's kidney and threaten renal failure.
